Legalize The Outside of Your Suite

This video, focuses on the areas outside of your basement suite. Before, submitting in your application, you need to make sure your site plan reflects the following:

• Parking location for the tenant and the homeowner

• The amenity space for the tenant

• If the basement suite has an exterior stair case, then we need to note that on the drawing.

The looks at when you have an exterior stair well, what you need to do to meet the requirements of the building code.
